I lied. That ginger dressing they serve at Beni Hana is AWESOME. And I found a dupe in the grocery store. I cant remember what it's called but it comes in something that looks like a wine bottle and has Japanese Kanji lettering I believe. It's just soooo goood.

Blue cheese is my go to dressing for pretty much any food that might call for ranch. it is the best hot wing dipping sauce and goes great on pizza.

I mostly just use olive oil and vinegar.  I try to stay away from the creamy, high-fat dressings though I used to love Russian dressing.

I love balsamic vinaigrette. Especially dipping bread and butter in it. I also like Italian if it's not the creamy kind or oil & red vinegar .

I make my own balsamic vinaigrette. It is a little on the sweet side but I always get complements on it.

For just a simple salad I like blue cheese, for more of a specialty salad I like a vinegar enter with balsamic vinegar

Ranch dressing is my favorite of all dressing. I never get tired of using it.

Could you possibly gimme your recipe? :) I made my own when I ran out a few weeks back but it wasn't great.

I don't use commercially marketed dressings anymore.....I use lemon or lime. I also use various oils, such as avocado oil, pumpkin oil, flax seed oil, ginger oil...... I know what I am getting - natural flavoring, nothing else.
