Didn't really make one, but have a broad range of goals I would like to accomplish.

I make goals throughout the year, but I don't really make any resolutions.

I made a resolution to stick to a diet which I have been pretty much doing excepting that I have only lost 1 pound from doing it. I need to try harder.

I'm still on track because I don't have resolutions anymore, I put my goals on monthly agendas and do it. If I fail I just try again. It's still very early in the year, BIG changes can still be made.

I don't bother with that. I never keep/remember any.

Correction: you lost one pound and managed to not gain any more.  I read a meme the other day that said: I wish I was as fat as the first time I thought I was fat. So many people can relate to that, so much weight is gained even after people realize they need to make a change so it's wonderful that you lost a pound. My progress is stalled too, just keep taking it one day at a time, it'll happen :)

I made a resolution to stick to a diet which I have been pretty much doing excepting that I have only lost 1 pound from doing it. I need to try harder.

I understand that a percentage of people who make New Years Resolutions "fall off the horse" around the 17th of February.  That's when fitness center attendance begins to decrease.

I'm still contemplating whether or not I want to make a resolution for 2015.
Have a great day!

I don't like to make nor do I usually bother making new year's resolutions however in a sense I did this year because I started this year with some health concerns and I am determined to try and lose weight and get into better shape.  I am 61 years old and if I don't start getting better now I don't know when I will - I have been very consistent with my diet thus far so feel real good about it.
