I've been with FC since August and I truly love the site and the forum!!  :wave:

The checks look like a standard business check....reminded me more of rebate check than a paycheck, but a check just the same!   8)

i would just like to know if any one is going to get my info out of the ticket i sent  ??? so i can cash out, i know i can be inpatient but first i try to fax it and get an error then i email it multiple time and you guys didn't get any of them then i put it in a ticket and no one is answering it i am starting to get PO ( cant curse in the forum so i made it PG) :BangHead:

The person who handles that is very busy with many IDs coming in since the cashout was a few days ago. I appreciate your patience in this matter, and it should be resolved soon.

How many times do you have to fax your ID before it is enough proof I am who I say I am? Do I need to fax it every time I cash out?

I completed my first cash out successfully, then my second one was denied until I sent in ID, which I did twice, and by then my offers expired. I have had all verification steps completed with direct deposit setup. When I try to CO it is still saying I cannot cash out because my last one was denied.

I faxed in ID again on July 1st. Also submitted a support ticket but got no answer. I don't want my offers to expire again.  :BangHead:

 I have a question, why is your support so slow at answering questions I opened a ticket 2 months ago and no reply. 2 weeks ago I made a new one, and still not reply! WHAT GIVES?!?!!?

they are very busy folks.. Everyne has work beyond this site.. So im sure.. that FC isnt the only thing they have to do in there lives.. So.. just be patient. Post them here.. or ask Madd. or an Admin or kohler to help. :)

Once again, my credited offers are dropping like flies and not a peep from staff about my ticket or fax. I am not even sure this site is paying out anymore. I got my 1st payment no problem, but my 2nd and now 3rd I got the run around on and that didn't get resolved, now the offers are expired. Does staff even help anymore? Whats the point of even being verified and having direct deposit setup when staff is just going to ask for id and then never payout when you send it? Are there even any real live staff members or is the whole thing computer automated now?

And third :) And not only other jobs they may have but everyone wants new offers too-think about all they have to deal with, with new members, cashouts, daily offers, and then support and looking for new offers-and they do this with NO CHARGE TO US!!!  :notworthy:   :notworthy:   :thumbsup: Gotta love the staff here at FC-you guys rock!!
