I lost out on my bonus for January  I put in my reference no  but every time I went to post another ref the first one was not there i copy and pasted  but I must be doing something wrong never had this problem before help!!! do not want to lose out for Feb

This was answered somewhere else on the forum. Don't paste in the entire post, just the reference number.

You could also just try writing in the numbers, not copying and pasting. Just write down the message IDs in a document or a piece of paper then type them in for credit.

they didnt pay me either and it says they still owe me. i did sign up for the bonus correctly. its just another thing broken and the conveinience of not paying out.

If copy and pasted did not work just write down the ID number. Make sure the drop down is on January or is on February.

I lost out because they just didnt plain pay me. yet. I did have to repost until 3 answers stuck and I was given the button you got credited and agree to wait your days. I have filed this regularly and only twice now in the 4 years Ive been here has this happened that they just did not credit me the 3 dollars and on time.. theres still 12 days in the month.

I have not had a problem so far and hope I don't but I will pay closer attention to make sure that I get credited for my postings.  I do write my numbers on a separate piece of paper then type in.

I have only missed one month being paid since July 2009, so I know it works fine.

Ive only misssed 2 in 5 years so I know they usually do work ok. but when they dont they do not even try to find their error in why they didnt pay you.

I also write out my message ID #'s by hand , and then type them in.
