What do you drink in the morning?

Water or juice nowadays. Sometimes tea but not as often.

In the morning I prefer to drink a bottle of water ot water with lemon juice in it. This helps my bowels to move and seems to help keep me regular for the rest of the day.

In the morning I drink the same thing that I drink the rest of the day....WATER!!!  I get it from a natural spring.  Much healthier than the alternative.

I drink Apple and Eve juice. It has no added sugar, that is why I drink it.
