Okay. I'm a little ignorant here. How do I post one of the referal banners on my blog?

all you have to do is copy the text and paste it into the area were you code is located, also if you have a specific spot you want it on your blog, you have to enter it into the text as so for instance, if you have a picture it will show in the code as <picture> cat <picture> cat being the title of the picture
