Cannot get my phone number verified

I have tried numerous times today to get my phone number verified, but I just keep getting an error message, and text does not work either. I want to cash out today so I dont have to wait another month...I need the money! What can I do? No matter what number I enter, home or cell, it says its calling and then errors out. I tried having code texted, but that didnt work either.

I have no idea what could be going wrong here, but if it's saying there's an error when you try to send it from the site I would suggest you use a different browser to try and send it (download chrome or one of the other ones). That kind of thing can really make a difference. Also make sure you have cleared your cookies/history first and have followed the directions exactly. If it still doesn't work, you should send in a support ticket letting them know what you're and what keeps happening. Sorry you're having to go through this and I hope it all works out. Don't give up

Don't recall this ever having been a problem. I never received any calls. Is it possibly just an error with format (ie spaces /dashes) in the entry. If nothing is working all you can do is open a help ticket.

Do you have one of the compatible carriers? I know the phone verification won't work with certain carriers and you would need to do the fax verifivation

I do not know if you have yet had this problem corrected but, if you are still having the problem, I suggest that you open a  support ticket ASAP. I hope that you were able to cash out. Would you let us know?
