Newby here: so do you have to post 30 or more times to get the 3 bucks, or is that a separate promotion? Also, are stupid questions like this considered spam?

No it's not spam and yes 30 CONTRIBUTORY posts in a month qualify you to request the $3 bonus.

because feb was a short month. I did not recieve jan bonus until march first and nothing in feb. havent recieved the second one yet. it will depend if I need it to cash out if they will give it to me in the same month like you or withold it.

I haven't had this happen to me before, but at lease FC pays you all that you deserve whether it takes 30 bor 60 days. FC is the best.

Yes, I have had this happen only once so far. It happened with January's and February's Forum bonuses.

I got the November and December forum bonus at the same time.  I just thought that they were closing out the year.

I did too and I thought it was for the same reason.  Mar 1 I only got Jan 15, but I put in my request early(at least a week) for Feb.  So I don't think when you requested had anything to do with it.  I have been putting in the request when I hit 30 so I don't forget,  especially in Feb I was afraid of forgetting to request!
