I stay awake some nights if I have something I am worrying about.  I try to clear my mind before I lay down.  I work 5 days a week and need all the sleep I can get. Hope everyone has a good day. :)

I always go right to sleep after I turn my problems over to God. I wake up real early though, before the chickens are up.

Not feeling tired.  Just have to workout more so I'll definitely fall asleep.

Nothing really keeps me awake at night because I only get about six hours of sleep a night.  Last night, however (strange that you should ask), I couldn't sleep for about an hour after going to bed. I had been recalculating my personal financial goals because I have another investment goal that I want to hit in ten years. I pulled out my phone (darn those things) and started doing future value calculations based on how much additional cash I thought I could bring in if I pushed myself a tad harder.  I then calculated the future value based on several different, conservative, interest rates. When I woke up this morning and walked the dogs I was still working the numbers through my head...went to work and as soon as I was done with my ten hour shift I began thinking about it again and have almost got the plan worked out!

When I have a lot on my mind I don't sleep well or if there is too much noise outside.

Usually anxiety and stress before a college test... I got over that problem by studying most of the night and sleep for 4-5 hours... If I can't get a full day of sleep, might as well use that time to study more

NOTHING keeps me awake.  No matter what's going on, I know for my own health's sake that sleep is a necessity.  We worry about things enough while we're awake.  I don't let these things stand in my way of getting a good night's rest.  In times of stressful situations, I know I have to be thinking my clearest, and focus on that.

I have a problem both getting to sleep at night and getting back to sleep if I wake up due to health issues. I have found that if I drink a cup of Sleepytime tea about half an hour before I go to bed it helps me fall asleep. I can repeat the cup during the night if I wake and cant go back to sleep too. With the number of prescriptions I have to take , including ones for sleep, it helps to have a natural remedy to help me when its needed.

really, nothing keeps me awake at night, unless I am in pain or hurting somewhere on my body.  I try not to worry about things so that do not keep me up at night.

my son's death, he was only 8 that keeps me up at night a lot of the times, but even before that I had trouble sleeping because he had a lot of medical issues that kept us both up at night at times. But stress, his death, my younger daughter, my relationship, a lot of things keep me up at night, maybe that's why I have horrible dark circles and bags under my eyes.
