time change coming this Saturday night 2 A.M
« on: March 03, 2015, 11:57:06 am »
I would rather "spring ahead" than "fall back" --  yay .....more daylight.

I have been taking a walk after dinner anyway, even though it has been getting dark early. I have a light to hook onto my walker that let's people know I am coming and let's them see me better.

I like to use natural light more than electricity.

Gee, is it that time already?  I've heard nothing about it.  I will have to check into it.  Thanks for the reminder!

I am glad for awhile now they instituted the time change now in March.

With the cold & snowy winter we had this yr maybe the time change will raise our spirits a bit.

BTW....more snow and ice on the way later today....LOL!!!Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!

Been living in Arizona so long, I forgot about changing the clocks many moons ago.  Arizona doesn't change time.

I'm for that. I love the sun. Too bad people don't see it that way today. Most people are cover up, don't stay in the sun. It does have vitamin D. The Russians have to use lighting to get enough Vitamin D in the winter. And it is a long one there . I like to soak up the rays and see sunrises. BMaston12

I am happy to see the time change, hopefully it will mean this awful snow and ice will be gone, I am sick & tried of being sick & tried of this mess this winter; so ready for spring; even though I just heard of news in my area more snow is on the way!!!

Yeah, I just did get my body back on track from the last time changed.  Yeah, I'm really excited for this.  Gotta love it.

I can't wait for the longer days!!! More sunshine and hopefully warmer temps!! I would love to get outside without putting on 15 layers of clothes! It is snowing out now and I am looking at a 9 foot snow drift which I hope with the longer days will melt before June!! :rainbow: :peace:

yes I like this time of year, when you can be out later and it's still light out side.

I agree with more sunlight but we lose an hour's sleep. That is the only part that stinks...

I wish NC didn't change either, just leave it alone

I'm glad that it will be lighter outside earlier. On Saturday and Sunday I need to get atleast an hour sleep so that I can make up for the one we are losing. Spring is right around the corner, I can't wait! Let the countdown begin.
