I take them every day twice a day and have for years.  My doctor recommended them. I always eat a little something so that I don't get the after taste.

I have arthritis in my knees.  I was taking Move Free with omega 3 and it was helping, but have run out and now my knees are killing me.

thanks for the insights/responses everyone...I have started taking some, but not every day...it's hard to tell if they're making a difference, but I have heard it can take a while. I'm young, so I'm trying not to get too dependent on them...

I took them when I was pregnant because of how good they are for you, but I stopped after that. I think this is one of those things that wont hurt you either way. They are good for you, but do you NEED to take them? probably not (Unless recommended by a doctor then yes I'm sure they have their reasons for telling you to do so, i'm just referring to the average healthy, in good shape person) If you do take them though, I don't think "Do they work" is a good question because it's one of those things that you would probably end up noticing that after long periods of time and like I said everyone is different, everyone will process them differently. and everyone takes them for different reasons.

I take them because my doctor recommends them, but I don't really know what they do for me exactly. I certainly don't feel any difference between taking them and not taking them.
