I am not a reader. I am more like an auditory learner. I do like to hear them on cd's or watch the movie version of it. Every time I try to read something I get sleepy really really fast. For that matter I prefer the easy way, but I do appreciate your example of reading a lot of books.

I don't read much, so I would say 1 book a month about average sizes.

I really do not read that much anymore. Can't seem to find the time.

I read often, but it takes me a while to actually finish a book. I have kids and they wear me out.

Okay so it has been a few days since I've been able to get on. As of Tuesday night I have finished two more books bringing my total for the month to 5 1/2 if I'm figuring right. Started my first book for April yesterday and am already on page 85. My little one is going to my moms  house on Sunday for the week so I should be able to really read then. She is almost 13 and constantly on the go.

I used to read several books per week, back when I was a teenager and in my early 20s. Now, it's harder to find the time and focus, but I do read at least 1-2 books a month, and sometimes I'll even read upwards of 10 books a month, just depending on what's going on with life.

It helps that I review books both on my own blog, and on another site, so that keeps me reading even when life is crazy!

Well having the week to my self has been very profitable. I have about 15 pages left of the current book I'm reading and this will make my third book for April in just 10 days.

Ok so in the time since my last post I have finished two more books. So that brings me up to 4 books for the month and have started my fifth. Haven't had much of a chance to read. My youngest has the end of school coming soon and just spent six days over the last two weeks doing their state testing and she has been on the run constantly. And since my husband is on a different schedule it means me having to drive when he normally would and I could sit and read while he was. Oh well, that's the price we parents pay.

I finished another book so that is five so far for the month. Started another from a different author while I wait for my daughter to finish with book 18 of the series we are reading. I should be able to finish this one before the month is done and then I can put book 18 on for the month of May.

Well I got 60 pages into the book I started while I waited for my daughter to finish the next in the series when she handed me the book. So I put down the one I started and read the one I was waiting on. Finished it on Thursday night so that is a total of six for April. I picked up the one I started and put down on Friday morning and at this time have read an additional 68 pages to make it 128 of 395. I figure by Monday I'll have it done and Maybe my daughter will be done with book 19 of the series.

I am reading the series of Stephanie Plum book. It is so fun to read, wish I have more time to read. The days goes faster, when there are lots of things needs to be done everyday.

So it wasn't Monday when I finished the book but Tuesday night. My daughter and I have a side business of making different cross stitches, Latchhooks, and needlepoints and we got a couple orders in so I haven't been able to read as much as I normally do because of having to work on the cross stitch ordered. But even then I can't work on it continuously. My eyes begin to go crossed on me after a while looking at those tiny holes in the canvas, so I have read 129 pages of book 19 so far of 353.
