Does MyThoughtCounts not credit anymore?
« on: March 10, 2015, 07:47:27 am »
I have tried to complete this survey for days. Sometimes I would complete it multiple times, if I did not think my survey credited. I have been trying to do this for the days that I do qualify, it says 'thank you,' but never credits. Is there any way this can be fixed?

All of MyThoughtCounts surveys have that "Thank You" screen at the end.  If you've truly completed many of these surveys and haven't received credit, then turn in a Support Ticket (although if FC doesn't get credit, neither will you).  Are you sure these weren't just qualifying questions you answered?  As I said, whether I qualify or not, I always see that "thank you" screen at the end.  However, their qualifying questions are generally the same over and over.  You get used to seeing those questions and know the difference between them and the actual survey questions.

If I can actually qualify for one it always credit. That is one that usually takes a little longer to credit that some of the other surveys. How long are you leaving the completion page up afterwards?

It usually just takes me through qualifying questions over and over until I finally get kicked out.

No they weren't. I have done this survey for years. I just feel like some days they don't credit, and some days they do. But we'll see.

I leave it up at least for about 3-5 minutes

It's taken close to 20 minutes for me to credit some days. I always just leave it up until I notice it pop up on my account page
