I am always trying to lose weight, but I have to be real careful how I do it.  I have diabetes so I have to watch what I eat.

Are you trying to lose weight ?well i found a supplement that works really well for me with excise i take slim quick everyday an i wlk as well also drink vinegar the unfiltered one an it works really well you should try both if ur trying to lose weight

I'm glad this is working for you. I tried SLimQuick and it gave me nightmares- literally. I'm always trying to lose weight so I may try the vinegar. What I really should do is stop eating so much bad food. But it's so hard! I love food!

I've lost 5 lbs and have 5 more to go. Eating right and exercise is the only real way.

Yes I am just starting. I drink lots of water which I know will help with weight loss and I am starting to do T25 workout. After giving birth to my first child I want to get in shape and tone my body so I have a big project ahead of me, but I am a very patient person and will achieve my goal.

not so much trying as drinking a lot more water and walking more.  not sure I could do the vinegar thing.  I can't stand the smell of it.

I have tried so many of the weight loss supplements and not one helped me.  It's great for the selling companies, because they tell so many lies about how much weight you can lose.  They are millionaires and as long as people are buying the placebos they will get even richer.

I haven't been trying to lose weight but I am going to have to start again as I have gained more than I want to in the last year.

I try, but I always fail. Sometimes I try harder than other times, and still just can't seem to get it to work. It's very difficult for me to lose weight, even during a length of time where I had even less to eat than I do now (which isn't really much at all). I also have a somewhat physical job and still doesn't seem to do much to help the process. It's frustrating but I also try not to think about it too much in this sense and sometimes that helps me because I'm not anticipating losing this amount or that amount so I'm not stressing about it but even still it's very difficult, but without stressing over it like this it makes it much nicer when clothing start to become a little loose or a favourite shirt (that I haven't tried to wear very often because of the excess weight) suddenly feels like it's a little bigger than the last time I put it on.
