For tonight I am thinking lasagna with garden salad for dinner and steamed carrots on a side. Then a home made chocolate cake with tea for desert. And after dinner we always watch an interesting movie as a family.
Yes my son and I are going make lasagna and a salad and for desert is rainbow cupcakes.

I am making tostadas tonight, my husband works until 8:30 so I can eat when I am ready and warm it up quickly for him.  Some of the other dinner choices sounded fabulous.  Lets all do potluck some time.  Or maybe I will just get a RV and do a dinner tour!   LOL

I think we are having pulled pork for dinner today. I already have it made, so it will be just a matter of warming it up! YIPPEE

I don't even work and I still struggle with what is for dinner every day.  I am tired of cooking although my older son who doesn't work does most of the cooking and I clean the kitchen, unload and load the dishwasher.  Anyway, tonght we will probably have homemade pizza because we have a lot of errands to do today and we can buy the rolled dough and the ingredients at our grocery store.

I had Hoppin John for dinner (that is black eyed peas with rice, but I add carrots, celery, and onions in mine).  Its primarily a southern US dish served on New Years day for good luck, but I love it so I make it every couple of months.
Reading all of the replies here has made me hungry again though....I'm trying to decide who to visit for dinner tomorrow, all of the dinners sound so delicious LOL!
