We are having Pasta Salad Tonight. Nothing Fancy as the weather is getting hot again. Hard to eat anything too hot like chili and soup. Pasta Salad seems like the best choice for now. Or maybe Sandwiches.

For dinner tonight, we had Chinese take out. I had sesame chicken, fried rice, and a eggroll.

I have several errands to do after work tonight so I guess dinner tonight will be at our favorite Chinese restaurant.  We had pepper bacon wrapped sea salt and olive oil chicken *bleep* with baked potatoes, green beans, Mexican corn, Hawaiian honey drizzled croissants for dinner last night followed by a homemade ice cream cake for dessert.  It hit the spot very well!
Have a wonderful day!

Well last night we had chili dogs. It was weird because I usually don't eat canned chili that has beans in them.

I haven't done smothered porkchops in a while because of the long preparation process but I think I'll do some today after my daughter's band concert.  Well maybe I'll set it up before the concert and then start it when we get home. Anything goes good with chops so I guess I'll make some cheesy potatoes- my kids don't like garlic.

I'm having a no pizza challenge for the month of May since we ate it a lot last month and I already know June will be a busy month with the move, and my residency challenge, and the kids finishing school, and my daughter turning 16.

Miraculously, I got up enough energy top season and bake the chicken and thought about this post.  I'm exhausted for some reason, and I still have my daughter's band concert to go to in about an hour.  Then in the morning I have early appointments with contractors so I hope I sleep well tonight
