I thought this might be fun, sometimes I dont know what to cook for dinner/supper, Im sure others feel the same sometimes :) So lets share what we are having for dinner/supper that day, and maybe it will help someone else to decide what to cook LOL

And today Im having smothered sopapillas, I take homemade sopapillas smother with green pork chili, cheese, sour cream, they are soooo good!!! I had them in a restaurant 20 years ago, but they called them stuffed sopapillas

I love using my crock pot to make stew, a roast, a whole chicken, pork chops with sauerkraut and chili :)

I'm getting off at 1000pm so I'm just going to pick up a burger. Once a week is enough for me for fast food.

We have some pork ribs out that are probably going to have to be grilled today - going to probably make roasted asparagus and either baked potatoes or potato salad but since I'm feeling lazy it is probably going to be baked potato.
