What happened?

I had something really strange happen on my balance.  I had over $25 and was getting ready to request cashout by the 20th and all of a sudden my balance went to $23 something???

Did you check to see if anything had been removed from your list of completed offers? That happened to me before they took credit back for a survey I had completed.

Credit can either be denied or expire. If you haven't cashed out in over 180 days they're expiring. If you've cashed out more recently than that do a search on your account page for anything that says denied

That usually happens when my credit has been revoked by the people that offered it through FC.  Hate That!

i think at the end of the month everything is slow to earn so there will be less cash outs and more surveys that dont credit are happening and more money taken off people are happening.

Yes, what causes that is the credits will expire after 180 days. You should always look in your credit data, to see if you need to cash out before the expiration date of any amount.

Before requesting any cash out you really want it over that 25 limit by at least 3-5 dollars just in case something does come up where a survey is denied payment. Another way you can lose money which has been mentioned is if you went over that 180 day cash out time limit

I've had that happen when some of my credits have expired. Credit can also be denied or revoked. It happens sometimes.

more then likely a survey you took was rejected it happens every once and awhile that is why they suggest that you dont cash out with just 25 because something could be rejected and drop you below the threshold and then you wont receive your cash out for that month.

My credit was revoked this week for some reason. I had over $19 in my account, but now I only have $11.37!

What gives!?!
