What happened?

My credit was revoked this week for some reason. I had over $19 in my account, but now I only have $11.37!

What gives!?!

Either the offers expire or offers was denied.  Check your email if it is denied, they'll send you an email.

I have had credit revoked before for a survey.  It does happen.

From comment on the forum it seems like surveys are the most likely to be the "credit revoked".  With offers many have clauses that the will be revoked if for example: you cancel, return, or uninstall before a certain time limit.  So my suggestions(what as worked for me) are
1) always read ALL the fine print carefully on the offers (esp the high paying ones)
2) if you have a lot of surveys in your balance,  go well over the cashout minimum in case you lose a big paying one.
3) If you do the daily email and ptc every day and then post in the forum to collect the monthly bonus, cashing out before anything expires (180 days) is no problem  and takes minimal time.  Add a few more minutes and you have more!

I think it's the same thing others have said, denied or expired. Don't forget if you go to the My Account tab, you can see each credit and what happened beside it.
