I'm 69, and restricted also.  If this video does not play for all the ages mentioned above, then who DOES it play for?  I would think anyone who uses mascara between the ages of 24 and 70 would be a good target for this ad. I'm sure their ad campaign creators have it all figured out who they want to appeal to.  It just makes people like us wonder.

I think it's actually a glitch in the system, and not a real gender/ age disqualification. I was getting those restricted messages even before I put in my age! I finally got them to work in Chrome, and now they are fine in both Chrome and FF.
