Somehow the female version of Super Man does not do it for me.  I liked the old show with Clark Kent, the mild-mannered reporter.

Seems like they really lose something every time they make a new version of a wonderful old classic....to make it more "today".

I do not watch it.

Well, Supergirl has been spared the canceler's Ax. ;D It's heading from CBS to the CW however. But I think that's for the best. Now it'll be easier to have crossovers with the CW's other DC shows, Flash,Arrow & Legends of Tomorrow!

I'm glad Supergirl is getting another chance though I have a feeling there are going to be huge changes with the second season.

That's less about it moving from CBS to CW (as CBS owns half of CW) and more about the show moving production from L.A. to Vancouver where the rest of the DC shows are shot to save money.  I'm happy it got saved as there is a lot of potential and Melissa Benoist is great.  But I do worry about the changes in the long term.

Supergirl is an old character like Batgirl and Hawkgirl. She did not come from the push for PC/diversity like the new Ms. Marvel and female Thor.

I haven't seen any of the Supergirl episodes, but I think the woman who plays her is absolutely gorgeous! I might just have to start watching the series.

Hello to everyone out there In Fusion Cash World:

I have heard a little bit about "Supergirl"  but I watched the cartoon version of it,  and I enjoyed it.
I mean "Supergirl"  had a crush on Jim Olsen, I think.  Anyways, they were both the same age and all I know is that she wanted to "marry him"  and go live on his planet earth!

That's all I remember.  And, as for "Wonder Woman",  this tv show is shown on "ME tv".

I enjoy watching, "Wonder Woman!"

Really great 2 part season opener! Tyler Hoeclen was an awesome Superman! I wish he got his own spin off!

I think season one is already showing on netflix but I didn't check it out yet because we are backed up on stuff we are finishing up like season 11 of supernatural.  We love arrow and also all the other marvel shows  we just finished season one of Luke Cage.  Honestly we can't keep up with all the shows we watch on netflix and for $10 a month I don't think you can beat it.

Supergirl's midseason finale really didn't end on a cliff hanger, but she's yet to rescue Jeremiah Danvers!
