I don't think I would visit another country right now, period.  Flying is getting more and more risky since all the really good pilots from WW2, Korea and VN have now retired and the new pilots (while good pilots also) were trained differently.  Also, the planes are getting older and older. I don't even like flying in the US.

How many of u guys will fly to another country.? I would but with all theses recent plane crashes i think ill pass im so sacred now the world is going crazy everyday its something else
Hello. Well I would love to travel to other countries and within the United States. Yes the current plane crashes have made me a little nervous. But there also have been bus and train crashes. Does that mean I walk to work? Of course not! Whenever you get into public transportation you are putting your life in someone else's hand. You have to trust everything will be okay. I don't think you should let your fears hold you back. So go on see the world. Hope everyone have a safe travel.

I don't have any immediate plans to fly to another country but my sister and niece just returned from Europe and had a wonderful time.  Unfortunately crazy things can happen anywhere no matter where you are.  I am a firm believer you will not go until it's your time.  We never know the moment or the hour so you should try to live each day to it's fullest.  ;)

I do scare a little.  But for my therory even if you don't die out of a plane crash there are another way you will die.  Everything I leave it to God for my own life.

I have neither the money or the time to fly overseas.  I used to fly quite a bit but I've always been a little scared because I have no control.  I'm not too crazy about putting my life in the hands of another.

No there aren't any other countries I would fly to - I don't even think I'd fly to another state - I don't trust the airlines to be ethical regarding the care of their planes, I believe there is an alcohol and substance abuse problem among some pilots and I am concerned about terrorism.  I am starting to be a hermit lol.

I have never been fond of the idea of flying. And since 9-11 vowed even more I will never get on a plane of any sort.  There is a lot I do not understand and a lot that does not make sense.  Have you noticed that lately every time something like this happens or a mass murder they come up and say "oh well the researched that on the internet just days before".  I do not buy for a minute that the copilot of the airliner that just crashed researched "crashing" or "how to lock the pilot out of the cockpit".   Just like the guy that killed his 2 year old by leaving him in a hot car last summer.  I do not believe he researched how to do that online before he done so.

Seems EVERY THING you do, say, or look at online or whatever will be used against you.

I do it for a living and it doesn't scare me one bit.  When it's your time it's your time whether it's in the air or in the ground.

You can die before it is "your time".  People have free will.  People make choices.  People's choices and free will can effect other people.  I hate being in banks, huge crowds, pharmacies, etc.  Like the OP said....people are crazy!
