What are you having for Easter Or Passover Dinner?

We are having the usual for Easter, ham, sweet potatoes, potato salad, red beet eggs, corn, salad, and a few pies (not sure what kind yet).

A lot of people seem to be having ham.  We always have lasagna or baked ziti!!  Enjoy your meal!

The usual here as well - Ham (only difference is I think I am going to make a glaze for my plain ham), sweet potatoes, fresh green beans or asparagus (happen to have both on hand) with the leftovers I will probably make some macaroni and cheese.
I wanted to make a coconut cake but I don't know if I should kind of trying to lose a couple of pounds.  Well all have a good meal and happy times.

This year we decided on a Petite Rib-Eye Roast that we'll be making on the BBQ.  My brother is pretty darned good with making roasts on the BBQ so he'll be doing the work with the meat.  Then we'll be adding vegetables, mashed potatos, and of course, after-dinner goodies, LOL.

While we're all here discussing food for the holidays, I'd like to wish all of my FC pals a very Happy Easter and very Happy Passover.  God bless.
