do you wear high heels or flats

I haven't worn anything with a lift since I was into the Spice Girls, haha. I don't have a pair of heels anymore. I have some flats but I may get some heels if there's an occasion for them. If they fit the outfit better.

I used to wear high heels when going to an important function like weddings, bar mitzvahs and funerals. But I don't wear them anymore because they are so uncomfortable.

I feel very fortunate that I am a guy and a retired one at that, so all I wear is Crocs or nothing but socks when I am hanging around the house (most days). I even have a pair of Crocs with no holes in them for when I dress up. Yes I even wear Crocs with my suit.

I love high heels, but cannot wear them, my knee gives me problem.  I can wear 1 1/2 inches to 2" heels for a little while.  I mainly wear flats.

When I was working I always wore high heels. It gave me confidence and I always felt on my game. Since having children and giving up work, I have reverted to flats. It just wasn't practical to wear heals around the home and running errands. If I were to return to the workplace, I have no doubt that I would hit the heights again!

When I was younger I always wore high heels but now I only wear flats because my ankles can't handle the heels anymore.

Since I am no longer a "young" person, I mostly wear flats but I do caution all the young women out there who wear these outrageously high heels - be careful because they will get you in your "older" days for sure!

i used to wear them..but i am older now and no longer wear them...i have arthritis and my feet just like to be comfortable now

I wear tennis shoes most of the time, but if I'm not wearing those its sandals or flats. But 99% of the time I'm in tennis shoes.

High heels went out long ago.  Yes, they're pretty, but due undue damage to your feet, back, etc.  I can't be bothered, LOL.  I'll keep my sneakers!

When I was young I so loved wearing high heels however I sure can't wear high heels anymore - am old and have trouble walking lol can't imagine if I wore anything but flats.  Not even flats I live in central florida and most of the time I either wear flip flops or house slippers.

I wear sneakers a lot ... with my job I stand on my feet for 9 hours ... no way I could do that in heels nor would I want to .. LOL

Flats most of the time. I like heels, but they are so hard for me to walk in. My ankles are weak and my knees hurt after a while. When I do wear heels, they are not very high. I don't usually wear them standing or walking for very long. BMaston12
