The pollen count in my area had been high too. Itchy eyes and sinus headaches have been getting me.

Allergies tend to plague me all year round, but I seem to be particularly vulnerable during pollen season. I always seem to feel miserable at work and sometimes I feel like I'm the only person. Irony is when a lot of other people get sick, I seem to be feeling relatively clear.

Is the pollen making you sick? The pollen count is high today where I live and my head feels like it's about to explode.
Buy some local honey...not store bought but from a farmer's market...have it on toast for about a wk. or a tsp. every day...it works!

every year for the past four to five years I've been having this issue. This year I am having any problem with the pollen because I am consuming ginger powder with berries. This combination is working for me.

Oh my goodness, the pollens really affect my eight year old son. He suffers from all kinds of allergies which is particularly bad in his case because the allergies then trigger his asthma. So he is prescribed Zyrtec and Singulair which he takes every day. He obviously also has an Albuterol Inhaler at home but for when his asthma gets really bad, our fabulous doctor has also issued him with a Nebulizer to keep at home.

I hear ya loud and clear.  The pollen makes me get more asthma attacks and prevents me from even doing anything outside.  For me, it's just not in the Spring either - it's year-round.

Before I moved to this area, I had a horrible time with pollen. But now, I'm fine. No sneezing or watery eyes. I'm so happy.

Luckily pollen don`t me sick. But I notice one of my friend, pollen making her terrible, and that's happen every spring and fall. I really feel sorry for her. I wish there is something I can do, to help her to make it go away.

Oh my goodness, YES! Actually, I just came back from Wal-Mart to purchase some Visine Allergy eyedrops. Between that and taking Benadryl pills (which make me extremely drowsy), I am an absolute mess during this time of year.
