one hour
« on: April 12, 2015, 06:34:44 am »
A number of things can get done within an hour's time.
If you had an extra hour available to you, would you have to do chores or would you be able to do something of leisure?

I would be outside sitting on the porch reading.

I could certainly use an extra hour!  I would love to use it for an extra hour of sleep but have really trained myself to work constantly.  The minute that I take a break it turns into two minutes, and then a night off, and then I feel like I have a lot of catching up to do on my goals and production quotas. I think that I caught this perpetual need to work from my father.  He used to work sixty hours a week and always had the big reward coming. He had dozens of big rewards but was never satisfied. I am pretty much the same. I got a nice bonus check off of some stocks that I had forgotten buying for my wife.  The check came in today and was about what I make in a month. Yet here I am, finishing up some posts before heading into another project until midnight.

Good question, for me an extra hour is not really enough, I would rather do chores

There is no such thing as an extra hour for me, they all count the same whether I am clicking for a few pennies or taking a nap.

If I had an extra hour I'd use it to exercise more.

If I had an extra hour I would do all those things I was unable to do the day before.

I have chores that I am always putting off, with an extra hour MAYBE I would knock those jobs out.

I could use a day where the rest of the world stopped and I was allowed to catch up.

I would use the extra hour for sleep!  I never seem to get enough sleep!

I work about 90-95 hours a week, I'd definitely use it to sleep.

I'd love to use it as a productive hour, but I know I'd just end up using it for sleep.
