What did you have for breakfast today?

I didn't have anything yet this morning. I will be eating cereal though. I want something fast and easy this morning.

I'm following a guy's recipe for 5 days trying to naturally cure up a sinus infection so today's bfast was not typical.  : 

 1 Tbl coconut oil, 1 Tbl tumeric, 1 Tbl cayenne, some fresh ginger and cook on low heat, then toss in veggies or chicken.  (He adds onion & garlic to his, I can't).   

I put some of the mixture into a tortilla to make a breakfast burrito.  It's spicy hot but seems to be helping.

I had cereal with milk and sugar and two cups of coffee.
