I only had it happen to me once.  I don't really know why.

I answered the questions and I completed the survey to the specifications of the survey.  I may not have answered the questions they way "THEY" wanted me to.  But if you cannot give your own opinion then what is the point of the survey.  Point is if you complete the survey you should get paid for your time.  Not be like "oh well you don't like our product and rated it down so we can't include your answers because we want to be able to say our product is in the top 3 according to surveys".

I agree wholeheartedly with this.  There's a huge difference in following the instructions of the survey and answering the questions according to those specifications and in answering the questions the way the survey companies want them answered.  It's exactly right to question that if the survey company already knows the specific answers they want, what is the purpose of the survey to begin with?  How many times have you gotten disqualified and the reason on the screen was "Your answers are not what we expected."  I've seen that many times on various sites.  I guess I didn't say the product was awesome when I should have or that I would definitely purchase it when I really wouldn't.  My mistake for being honest.

I've had one survey here at FC revoked to me.  It was for a little under $2.  I have no idea why it was revoked as I didn't email FC and ask.  I had one survey worth $1.80 at another site revoked to me a year or so ago.  The email that site sent me about the revoked survey was so poorly worded it was actually offensive.  I did email them about it and demanded not only an apology for the wording of the email but a reason why the survey was revoked.  I was told my answers on the survey didn't meet the survey providers expected outcome.  Really?  I couldn't help but find that answer amusing due to the usage of the phrase "expected outcome".  It wasn't "guidelines" or "didn't adhere to the instructions".  "Expected outcome" told me that the provider already had in mind the answers they wanted and I failed because my opinion didn't agree with theirs.  After a couple more emails, I got both my apology and credit for my survey back.

It's awfully easy for a survey provider to not pay out.  They can disqualify you halfway through the survey, let you finish it completely then disqualify you when you click the final "submit" button or they can say your answers "didn't meet their expectations" and they don't need to elaborate more.

Quote
I actually emailed a long time ago and received a response that said they could not tell me the reason basically because then I could change that and not be revoked in the future.

And what's the logic behind this?  If the point of these surveys is to genuinely collect information to improve products and services wouldn't it be in the survey providers best interest for the responders to know their mistakes and learn from them so they can better understand the survey process to provide the survey providers with relevant answers they need for their research?  Sure, some people could use that info to "work the system" but that's not true of everyone.  I think it's safe to say if someone has dozens of surveys revoked then there's something amiss.  One survey revoked, I don't think they are a serial survey cheater.   ;)

lol.  stbernard.  A serial survey cheater.  That's funny.  Over the past few years I have had several.  The first one is the only one I emailed and asked about.  I had never seen that on any other sites.

Here is the thing- companies want to be able to say "In a survey 97% of the people said they would buy OUR product".  But the company can manipulate the survey to get the answers and the outcome they want.  I have also noticed when doing a survey I have been kicked out more than half way thru because I kept saying I would not purchase a product.  They don't want honest answers they want to be told what they want to hear.

I done a survey yesterday that said it would take 10 minutes to complete but it took more like an hour and 15 minutes.  When I clicked the final submit button I got a message saying the survey was closed.  I don't think that is fair.  And more and more people are having that happen.  Eventually no one will do the surveys and they will have to pay more to get people to waste their time trying to complete them.

They come in spurts, but the frustrating thing when they do occur is that I cannot fight back on the revoked credit. The surveys in particluar I have nothing to go by as often this happened a while ago and I don't keep track of what I surveys I have done or not.

I don't know how you can keep track.  You don't have enough info to remember which survey it was.  I don't have time to write down the names and topics and dates and all that jazz.  And it doesn't matter because they have a right to reject any survey they want to.  You are correct in it is not fair.  And it does come in spurts.  I had not had it happen in a long time then had at least 2 right together.  Supposedly they can reject your answers if you lie.  HOW can they know if I lie?  Really?  It is MY opinion.  How can they know if I lie about MY opinion on a product.

This has happened to me several times.  If I take the time to do the survey, I should be given some type of compensation.  It takes time to do the surveys.

I seem to have noticed that the more money I make or when I start making a decent amount of money then I start having a ton of "revoked payments".  Has any one else had this happen?  If we do a survey they should not be able to revoke the payment.  Seems to me if they do not like your answers they decide to just not pay you.  If you take your time and answer the questions you should get paid and be able to keep said payment.

yes  i understand completely how you  feel.   FOR some strange and unfair reason i am not allowed to l  utilize the PAID TO CALL feature anymore   EVER,      any time i try and click on it i get a 8ogus response of THAT i am not really interested in the paid to call features / offers so i cannot do them anymore.   I THOUGHT that when i spent my time on this 8efore i was 8anned from it, that it was MY CHOICE if or not to actually pay for the offer they had.  I DIDNT KNOW JUST cuz i didnt actually pay for and opt in every single call that i would 8e 8anned from this feature

I find something odd about the surveys that get revoked. I have never once had one of the daily surveys revoke a payment. It has always been the fusion cash ones when it does happen. I just keep my fingers crossed every month and hope for the best.
