I had hot flashes but they wern't very bad luckily. they have some over the counter drugs you can use i think.My problem was vaginal dryness i knew i had some pain but took meds and had a urinary track infection that wasn't helped by antibiotics.so my doctor a woman had me take Estrogen in a cream so now all is good. my male doc didn't see the problem but she did.

i am menupausal but my dr ran the test on mme and it says that i am not ??? go figure i

my dr ran ram test on me to see if i was going thru menopause sry dont remember name of test anyhoo test came back results were that i am not going thru menopause yet i have totally quit haveing my monthlys....go figure huh

I am not in menopause but have hormonal problems do to ovarian cysts. I have struggled with hot flashes since my teens. I will wake up drenched and burning up, it is miserable. Now in my 30s, i have just learned that I can going to be miserable, lol.

Herbal remedies are good for hot flashes, at least better than those prescribed by doctors.

I had problems  with cysts when I was as younger had a hystescopy to be move aa the abnormally large ones but she who did surgery retirement d the new school who looks about 16 want use his findings and want run tsts of his own I love in small town he main obgyn for our only hospital nobody wants to challenge him hence no one else will see me

yep I have them,,,  not to much ya can do lol  i have a fan,,,  or a cold cloth if its really bad.  hope they go  away soon tho !!1

so my dr suggests i exercise and do yoga it should help if nothing else i might be to busy to remember the hot flashes ok not !
