As many have stated already, herbal supplements can help, though I haven't had much luck with those. There are also cooling garments that can help. I freeze everyone out of the house, lol.

My Dr wouldn't give me anything says it normal to be uncomfortable

This should be the first sign to find another doctor, there is never a reason to be uncomfortable in this day and age, there are always some sort of remedy about that can aid your comfort.

Not sure if it was mentioned already but you may want to try natural estrogen boosters like flax seed and yams.

If you've been to the doctor they should do some bloodwork to see what's wrong, if anything. If not then it could be hormonal so see the gynecologist and see if they'll help you. Otherwise check online for some ideas on how to deal with them and read up on supplements before you try anything
