paid video : the content is restricted by age/gender

im getting this message when i try some of the paid videos like macy's spring 2015; milk like 2015 but there is no way i can choose like there is no selection....anyone got the same issue?

I had this same problem as well and posted about it previously, so it's not just you! The same videos too.

Unfortunately, I'm not sure if it's something FC can fix or if it has to be fixed on the advertiser's end. :-/

I'm wondering if it's just an issue with the videos in general since it's not crediting at all today.

Try clearing your cookies and revisiting the video page. I think there is a glitch where if you don't qualify for one, it blocks you from them all

You will get that message fro a variety of reasons. If your not the right sex or age. It can be a for guy you can put that down and put in the age and still get the message same with a women. You have to be what there looking for or you wont see the video at all. Ps it's not a video issue or a fusioncash issue. Just means you did not qualify for that video

Yes and since we are all adults, I guess they are looking for a particular age range, have not been able to figure that one out, would be nice if they said what the age category  is

I don't understand this either..sometimes I get the age restriction on one and the next day won't be restricted...like apartments.com..

The  big problem for me, with a lot of these type of videos I get redirected to something totally unrelated and no credit?  I avoid them now!

I think this happens to all of us at one point or another, don't let it discourage you... Plenty of other ways to earn the 5 cents to qualify for the paid to clicks... those .50 may sound discouraging, but they do add up. Fusion cash also tends to have a 1 cent video that you can watch once a day... Love this site, as I'm sure most of us in the community here do, Lets not sweat the small stuff, although I get that every penny counts.

The only video you can count on is HyperMx according to my experience.  All those other videos which have been exempting due to age/gender have been watched previously on this site and on others, so what is the problem now?  Also, I cleared my cookies and the result was the same...still no access to videos such as Milk, DSW, Macy's, Garnier, and others.  These are common products/services which most people use.

Then I tried several other videos and they didn't credit.  This is the ONLY site where I have these types of problems, so I don't understand what is going on here at Fusion.  It is very frustrating.

Lately, if it wasn't for the Daily Email, PTC, and HyperMx, I wouldn't be earning anything.  The surveys, especially Fusion ones, have about dried up.  What's going on.?  Hopefully, this pattern is temporary and won't continue, because it would be a reason to either quit Fusion or decide Fusion is a secondary site where effort is minimal.  The only thing is that once I do this, I usually end up quitting the site altogether because it just becomes not worth it.

I have to clear my cookies constantly to get the matomy videos to all work now.  If I start with them clean I will get several and I start with the ones I have less frequently gotten the message on (like apartments.com) I leave the Macy and dsw ones till last (some there are or have been 2 versions on for men and one for women).  But I have had to clear cookies at least once while doing these sometimes more.  The good thing is it takes no time to do that since there is next to nothing in there and I just have to log back in.  I still rather deal with this glitch than those darn 10 steps of hypermx,
