First check and see if they are still offering the Obopay card on the No Credit Card Needed page.  If you do it through Fusion you will receive $5 from Fusion plus $10 from Obopay already on the card when you receive it.

Also, Paypal is free but I am not 100% sure if you need to have a bank account in order to have your Paypal account verified.  I have had mine for years so I am not sure of the current requirements.  Go to www.paypal.com and check it out if you're interested.   :)

MystedMoon - did you check to see if its still offered under Fusion?  Wouldn't want you to lose out on the $5 from FC in addition to the $10.

If its not being offered anymore you can go to www.obopay.com and sign up there.  Also, once you sign up, every time you refer someone to Obopay using your referral link, you will get $5 deposited onto your card.  Its a great way to add up that Christmas money!!!

You didn't specify in your post that it was no longer included in the offers - hence my asking you.  I had completed it a while ago so  it no longer shows on my pages.  I was looking out for your best interest.

go to netspend.com it's a prepaid visa card, it has a savings account linked to it and you can use it to cash out to from here. that's how i get my cashout's. direct depo from here to my card. i get my payments from here on my card by the 13th of the month every month. alot sooner then a check or paypal. cause it's set up like a payroll depo.

I DIDN'T SEE ANYTHING ABOUT IT SO I WENT TO THE OBOPAY SITE.  IS THIS CARD FREE?  I READ THE TERMS AND STUFF...IT SAID SOMETHING ABOUT SOME CHARGES LESS THAN A DOLLAR.

To get the card is free and you will receive $10 on your card when you are activated.  The $1 charge is if you should use it in a store and swipe the card as a "debit" charge there will be a $1 charge.  If you transfer money from your obopay card to someone else there is 10 cent charge.  If you use the card on the internet for a purchase or for doing offers...there is no charge from Obopay but of course there will be a charge from the offers you are doing.

Hope that  helps!!

theres no dollar charge.

heres a quote from the site:

It is free to spend money using your optional Obopay Prepaid MasterCard®, and it's also free to withdraw money from domestic ATMs (operators may charge their own fees). Click here to see all of the Obopay Prepaid MasterCard® fees.

and i looked at the fee's page, and i dont see that.
