Who are the ones using the new dates with the 13th sign (Ophiuchus)?

The whole sun/moon sign thing is confusing...I tried looking it up and still can't find adequate information. I'm a Pisces born March 1st. I tried a site that calculated my moon sign, it said I am a Taurus (don't know how accurate that is.) Your sun sign is whatever day/month you were born. Am I right?...So, my sun sign would be Pisces?

My birthday is February 19, so I fall on the cusp between an Aquarius and Pisces, but I always refer to myself as a Pisces. I do follow my horoscope daily, but just for fun, I never take it seriously!

I'm a Gemini and used to read my horoscope but don't anymore.   My husband is Cancer even though his birthday is only 18 days after mine.  He doesn't read his horoscope either.

I look at my horoscope everyday (and my husband's too) on the FC paid to click site.  I know in my head that they are totally random and that out of x# of people, the prediction will fit x# of people, but some days they are so right on the money that I wonder.  So, I keep reading Scorpio and Cancer just for the fun of it.  Mine says not to talk finances with a loved one today and his says to be forgiving of all he deals with today.    Well, see, there you go!
