What are you cooking for the holiday?

We are having ribs, chicken, pork chops and maybe corn and potato salad.

I have no plans for anything special. Will probably just have the usual.

We did ribs last weekend so I think we will be simplifying and just doing brats and beans this weekend.  No company this weekend as they came last weekend and others will be coming the next weekend.  I know for sure we will be barbequing something with corn on the cob and whatever else we come up with.

No big plans this weekend, seems like the entire family is out of town except for a couple of us that have to work.  So we will probably meet somewhere for dinner if our schedules come together.

I'm not cooking anything special, I'm just home alone today.  So just relaxing and eating some leftovers.
