Not me I am not cooking. Today is my birthday. I just have to decide where hubby is going to take me. I am tired from weeding and doing dads laundry.  Since I am not much for beef it leaves out a lot of places. Maybe i will just put my feet up and he can go get something and surprise me. I really don't care. I have been trying not to have any more birthdays but no one listens.

My daughter made a pork roast with leeks, deep fried artichokes, rosemary almond flour biscuits, and sauteed greens with pine nuts. :thumbsup:

I was driving back home on memorial day weekend we stopped at a gas station for food i think, no cook out this year but i did get to see my family!

I work most the holidays, I forget that people get them off, there just an extra days pay in my pocket that's the bad of working for a major global company.  :peace:

We do cook on holiday.  Only sometime went out to eat because of no time, otherwise stay home for dinner.  We do Vietnamese food.
