This time when I did the wine label matching task, I submitted and didn't get paid. I complete it with 100% accuracy, so that's not the issue.

I suggest you put in a ticket with Crowd Flower. They're really good with crediting when credit is due.

crowd flower never answered any of my submits but they do have a blog you can tell all on.

like BlackSheepNY said, submit a job ticket through CF, but first go to your dashboard and make sure the job is listed in your history. If so then you can send a screenshot showing them you completed it.

I don't know specifically which task this is but I have been having a lot of trouble with doing ANY tasks lately

I've almost given up on them.
