NOT a New Issue, But Becoming BIG Problem
« on: May 26, 2015, 03:00:15 pm »
I have posted about this one other time.  Over the last 5-6 weeks I have either completed or nearly completed 4-5 surveys for which I have not received credit.  It just happened again through a Peanuts survey on coffee!  I have been taking these surveys too long to not recognize when they are nearly over, and then to suddenly be kicked out after 15 minutes without any kind of credit is just plain insulting. Insulting to my time, my effort, my opinions, my honesty, everything!

Furthermore, to add to the issue, I had 2 surveys over the past 4 or 5 weeks do about the same on Swag.  I went ahead and contacted Customer Support on that site...and you know what they did?  They gave me full credit for the surveys and apologized.

Fusion, I am not entirely unhappy with this site, but to lose out on at least 5 surveys (as of today) over an approximate 5-6 week period is something that cannot continue. Peanuts is getting worse and worse, offering small incentives in some cases and not landing some surveys on the payment page...which seems to mean you won't receive credit (at least in my case).  I won't even start on the videos, excluding HyperMax.

I want to continue on Fusion, but have to be straightforward and state that these type issues can't keep recurring.  How is Fusion going to be accountable?  If you can't be, Fusion, then make your advertisers and surveyors accountable.  It has to start somewhere.  You can't count on keeping and maintaining loyalty if these issues keep mounting without redress.  Myself, I don't mind having pennies mount up, but when my efforts don't even earn a penny, I might have to draw the line.  I have already moved on from two sites where it was too difficult to make a buck! Please brainstorm remedies and don't ignore some issues.

somedays on peanuts you don't get your penny even as they end with we got enough people. or thank you but were kicking you out now after you have done the survey. on other sites when this happens the help there credit you. you can not even get a hold of a person who will search that you did this and credit you here. this is a place where you work long long long long hours for little bits but still if you cash out every 3 months you got gas money. I make it a point now to never stay on her more than 1 1/2 hour 5 days a week because sometimes only half of what you do credits but you are likely to catch what will credit in that first hour. I think but cant be sure they get paid for your information but don't pass it on to you.

Surveys are a hit or a miss. I always take a deep breath before beginning a survey and I am very selective about what surveys I will take. I have set limits for myself.  I have had the same problem occasionally but I also do not qualify for very many surveys so it does not happen to me very often.

You said that you have had a problem with five or so surveys over a five or six week period on FC. How many surveys did you complete and get paid for in that same period? Sometimes, you have to weigh the good against the bad.

It's not Fusion Cash's fault, it's the survey provider's fault (eg. Peanut Labs). If you don't get paid, neither does FC, so that's why they don't credit you.

Surveys are always a little risky, but they also pay the most. It's a slippery slope, but hopefully you get paid.

As long as I make my 22 cents each day, I am a happy camper. I don't get all stressed out over failed surveys and the real money is in referral bonuses anyway.

Sadly, Peanuts is almost a roll of the dice.  I will typically only do surveys if I have the time to mess with them.  But even then, I have stuff like this happen and it is ALWAYS frustrating.  Good luck getting your problem resolved.

Yes, I'm pretty sure you get a lot of referrals if you're comfortable with .22 per day.

My sentiments exactly! You have a knack for explaining exactly what's happening on this site. In my opinion, if it doesn't stop they're going to lose loyal patrons such as ourselves!

Well, they won't lose me. I've completed surveys before and didn't get credit and while it was frustrating, I just moved on. Having said that, it's usually rare when that happens.
If the surveys become frustrating you could find other ways to make money on here.
