I use to go to bed late.  I have finally gotten into a routine of 1030 pm.   Sometimes earlier if I have been outside on a hot humid day.

interesting reading you alls sleep habits. I fall asleep at sundown. but am up by midnight. then later on catch a nap before sunrise. listen to talk radio mostly during the night or cd books. If I have movies I can usually fall back asleep by 2am.

I like to be in bed by 11, but that rarely happens. Lately it's been almost 3am before I get to sleep and I've been having a hard time staying asleep. I've been waking up tired and it's really starting to mess with my earnings here because I don't have the energy and get frustrated easily. Hopefully this won't last long and I will be able to go back to my normal sleeping pattern.

I usually try to be in bed by 10, although honestly I am often up until midnight if I have stuff to do.

I haven't been sleeping well lately. I like to go to bed early and get up early, but lately I haven't been able to get to sleep until midnight or 1am! I get up at 4-5am to go running, so I'm feeling pretty exhausted right now. I hope I'll be able to sleep well tonight; I love sleep and need at least 8 hours, if not more.

I try to go to bed around 9, just so I feel as though I got a good nights sleep

I have always been a night owl.  I would prefer to stay up half the night and sleep half the morning but with children and now a dayshift that is no longer possible for me :(  I do usually still stay up until midnight or so though.

I used to sleep like a baby and was often in bed between 11 and midnight.  However, the last several years, due to a variety of reasons I could attribute sleep problems to, I have a very varied sleep schedule.  Let's just say I have been asleep at midnight and I have fallen asleep at 4 a.m.  No matter what, I rarely sleep more than 5 hours.  Often, it's been 3.5 to 4.5 hours.  It makes me feel like I am running on empty or near empty.  I can say I feel for all of you who have insomnia!
