Something that made me smile today!!

This is probably so wrong to be so happy about. Today my husband and I were at a gas station waiting to pull up to a gas pump, and I look at toward the store and out walks my ex-husband, he was a very,very bad alcoholic mean husband, he was very verbally abusive and tried very hard to be physically abusive, but I fought back, so he didnt get far with that. It was 97 degrees outside today when he came out of the store(I'm in Florida), I thought he was walking to the truck parked and he walked pass it and kept walking to the end of the building and grabbed an old beat up bicycle and got on it and peddled away. I am assuming, and since I know him so well, I am pretty sure I am right, he was riding it because he lost his license for a dui and that was his new car. This shouldn't make me so happy but it does. He made my life miserable with his drinking. I would come home from work and he would be yelling at me to give him money so he could go buy beer. It was a toxic marriage. But I sure smiled today!

I pray that your present relationship will continue to grow stronger.  I smiled today because I finally had a roll of film developed today that I had no idea what was on it because my granddaughter had taken the pictures.  As I flipped through it, I saw a picture of my husband that she had taken and that made me smile.
