Gas or Charcoal Grills

Which do you like/use?  We have both, use the gas grill more, but occassionally use the charcoal (can't roast marshmellows on a gas grill)!

Only have a gas grill.

i like gas grills. by the time i would light the charcoal and get it ready to cook, i would be finishing my dinner cooked on my gas grill.

I have always used Charcoal.  You can get a better taste using different chips.

we had a gas grill ages ago, didnt like it.  ended up getting rid of it and getting another charcoal grill.  it just seems to have more flavor cooking with charcoal.

I think charcoal are the best. I think they give the food flavor.

I ditched both of these 15 years ago when I started using a hardwood pellet grill and will never go back. The taste is much better and the operation is trouble free set and forget cooking, no more flare ups EVER!

Family uses charcoal to grill most of the time.

We have both an expensive gas grill and a cheap charcoal grill but the food tastes WAY better cooked on the charcoal grill, so that's what we use most often.

  Charcoal is my favorite. Electric smoker is the easiest to use.

I have a gas grill. I think it's easier and faster to use than charcoal.
