They do now. FC just started a paid email program -- you have to sign up and confirm your email  address for this program.

You can now find it under the Free/No Credit Card offers page.  Just remember that it is still in Beta phase, and is only open to the first 500 people to sign up.  So if interested, you might want to sign up quickly!

To the best of my knowledge, FusionCash doesn't send any offers via e-mail; except, of course, if you have signed up for the new PTR e-mail.  In order to do survey offers, you need to log in to FusionCash and click on the offers you so desire to try.

I signed up and have recieved an email every day since.  it's really easy to do and quick.  and hey .02 a day adds up to .60 a month that can be added on 2 ur monthly amount.

Make sure you check the emails everyday though or else they will expire...
