Like Bigpar31, the most important thing that I am always searching for is another source of income. Not a materialistic and greedy way, but simply attempting to pay down some long-standing debt so that I can assist my family with their expenses and (more importantly) save for retirement.

An end to my depression. It is eating me up inside and affecting my relationship with my fiancé. It also makes me feel like I'm not good enough for my daughter even though she adores me. I've battled with depression most of my life, I had severe PPD after my daughter and then my dad passed unexpectedly when I was starting to feel a little better. I'm just trying to look at the positive things but it's hard.
