hope the hyprmx will credit

i just noticed the hyprmx did not credit and Ive done 15 of them. i thought great we have real videos to watch and not 10 clickers but was not checking to be sure they credited till I did 15 of them and so far no credit.

Oh no, I'm sorry about your issue.  What a shame.  I think I did one hypermx yesterday and I did receive credit.  Just to be on the safe side, I ALWAYS refresh my page after each completion to be sure things are adding up nicely. 

I would have had the same thing happen to me numerous times if I did not refresh. 

By the way, did you check to see if you got credit later on?  Sometimes, depending on the offer, credit may be delayed.

hypermx credited once yesterday even tho I did 5 of them and didn't credit at all today... I also refresh each time so that is not the problem... hoping they fix it soon

I got Hyprmx to credit to my account. So I'm not sure what the issue is.

same thing happened here.  I did a few HyprMx video's yesterday, and when I refreshed NO CREDIT!   I tried one today and still no credit.  They were the youtube i click about 'Kawasaki', and about 3 minutes each.  I have not earned anything for my 5 cents toward tomorrow's PTC!   Not only that, but the'Kawasaki ' ones clutter up the Hyprmx that credit, because you can not get to them!

Sorry to hear that. I have noticed for awhile now that the HyprMX Videos are a bit long, no short ones.

I was just on the Videos page.All my videos credited,including the HyprMX.

I did get credit for the hyprmx videos. Today Im back and they only let me do 3 today. Hope it comes back.

   videos credited for me also today... a couple of the hyprmx ones I had to do the survey at the end and watch the video again... after 10-15 seconds it credited

The HyprMx videos have credited for me however I noticed yesterday and today that the videos are no longer listed on my page. I've done the other videos but I miss the HyprMX ones. I'll try checking back later and see if they pop back on.

I have never had a problem with the HYPRMX videos crediting. they are the most reliable ones!
