I can't validate my paypal

When I put my address and paypal account it says:
The payment email address you entered appears to be invalid. Please correct it, or contact support for assistance.

I have this paypal account over 10 years. Fix it.

That's correct, you cannot use a .ru (or other non-US) top-level domain for your email address or payment email address.  This is the case no matter where your PayPal account is based (US or elsewhere).  It looks like you have an alternative email with a .com domain - you can add that as a secondary email address on your PayPal account and then enter that as your payment email.
