I save all my containers. but then it seems like I can never find the right lid for the container when I get ready to use them. So I have 50 lids that don't fit anything! lol

How about putting them in your recycling pickup instead of throwing them out  ::) 8)

I save all the plastic containers and lids from butter and cool whip.  I have a drawer full of them.  They come in very handy when I want to store leftover food in the refrigerator.  It's a cheaper alternative to Tupperware.

I'm just like you. I like to reuse plastic containers and when I get a lot I discard them.

Sure do. For all sorts of activities like dying my hair, henna, making my own beauty recipes, painting. Sometimes I save them to hold my bobby pins rubber bands and other easy to lose items. I save mason jars from pickles and jam too. My name is Honey and I am a cheapskate.

I do save them and reuse them.  I especially like the rectangular chinese food containers.  However, I am somewhat concerned about the type of plastic since it probably is not BPA free.  So I recently bought a set of assorted glass containers with BPA-free plastic tops that I store my leftovers in, and only use the plastic ones when I have to.
