I don't think you are allowed to carry guns into movie houses.  Too bad there wasn't someone in there that could have taken him out.  Gun-free zones are the very places that terrorists and crazies are going to go because they don't have to worry about anyone else having a gun.   Evidently he was very mentally disturbed according to his former wife and his family.

Where in the world are you from?  Texas maybe?  I think that is one of the only states that is open carry for anyone.  And even there I think there are restrictions.  You cannot carry a gun in any bank, on government property ie the post office, as well as other places.

No, I don't think Obama should take the blame for the shootings.  I think the blame falls back on society as a whole.  Our nation's ethics and morals have declined so much in the past 20-30 years.  People just don't value the life and well being of others like they use to.

When some one goes  off on the deep end and gets a gun and shoots  a lot of people it is mostly on him. All different races have shot and killed people not just the whites. if the laws on the books now were to be followed a lot of this may not have happened. But I do blame Obama on some things wrong with our society. Mainly the racist stuff. It has never been this bad until he came into power, he and his cronies seem to favor violence among the blacks by race baiting. It is always all over the news.  Guns do not kill people it is people killing people. but it is mainly only the whites being shown because of the biased news.  More people die in hospitals the are killed by guns. Millions of babies are killed because of abortion, same as murder to me it is taking a human life.  People use knves, their fists and other items to kill with, but lets blame the guns. Wake up people you are being brainwashed by Obama because he wants to take away all guns and then turn the muslims and blacks on us.

I think that everyone is so quick to blame their problems and point their fingers at everyone but themselves. If you are not happy with something you can vote for change or choose to move on. The country voted for Obama just as they voted for Bush. We blame Cecil the Lion's hunter yet he had guides from Africa that took him to Cecil. So many people seem to blame the police officer for Sandra Bland's suicide (seriously). We blame bosses for getting fired. We blame companies for not paying us enough. We blame corporations for higher prices when minimum wage increases or health care is offered to all. People really need to think out their anger and the true reason that something is happening. There is a reason for everything and generally the finger of blame should be turned into a thumb pointing at your self.

No, I don't blame Obama; just because, he's in a position of authority.  I appreciate anyone whose willing to "walk in the shoes" of president of the United States because I feel it would be a thankless job.  There are a percentage of people who always have unrealistic expectations of whoever holds that position.  Personally, he deserves gratitude and respect from me.
