Question for those who cash out by check

My paypal is not yet verified, I cashed out the other day but I'm waiting for paypal to give me a debit card so I cashed out via check. When the give you the check does it say your address under the pay to the order of. My address does not match the one on my ID because I moved to a different city and state and have not changed my address for personal reasons. I'm just wondering cause I'm pretty sure I'll have a problem cashing it if the addresses do not match.

I have not had a problem but if possible, maybe you could go ahead and deposit the check into a checking or saving account and then withdraw what you need.

I'm looking at my latest check from FC.  Yes, the full address is listed.  This is a heads up for you because I have no idea how the bank will handle the matter. 

I truly hope for your sake that you don't run into any issues.

If you can show some evidence of your previous address, I don't think you'll have a problem at the bank.

You need to update your address because the banks and other places you shop use it as a verifier. That's for your security. If someone stole your card for instance, and tried to use your card at a service station, it won't work if they don't know your zip code.

i get paid by check and have no problems cashing it

I haven't had any problems cashing my check at my bank.

I cashed out the first time with a check just to see how it works with my bank. i also let my referrals know that this can be an option for cashing out.

I just deposit my check in the bank and use the money as I need it. If you just deposit your check, I think that everything will be just fine. Good Luck.

I'm not sure. I am still waiting for my first check.
