Milk or dark chocolate

I like milk chocolate more,but I've been starting to eat dark chocolate lately, because it's supposed to be good for you!

I like them both however, I love dark chocolate. I indulge in the Lindt truffles and the Ghiradeli bars..they are so good but so pricey!

You are right; dark chocolate is much better for you than milk chocolate, but I think milk chocolate with nuts tastes the best. I just went on a tour of the Theo Chocolate Factory in Seattle where they showed how they make chocolate right from harvesting the cocoa beans from the pods to the finished product. It was fascinating (and tasty too - they gave out free samples).

I prefer milk chocolate but dark is good to every now and then. It depends on the brand that makes it.
