beef pork chicken or seafood

We eat mostly lean poultry and pork. They are the most versatile and inexpensive. I love seafood but my husband dislikes most forms of seafood so I do not prepare it to often.
That side one of my favorite meals is a rare piece of prime rib and Yorkshire pudding. Not the healthiest meal by a long shot but yummy!
