Do you prefer homemade or store bought dessert

I like to bake my own cookies sometimes. I have always purchased store bought cake because I didn't know how to make it from scratch. I finally trier and it was great. It was better than the boxed kind.

Homemade of course. You can control the ingredients that go into what you make as opposed to store-bought which has ingredients that I can't pronounce. There's just something about homemade that tastes better. I grew up with it, so that's what I'm used to.

If it's grocery store dessert I prefer homemade. But sometimes bakeries can walk circles around something I'd make at home.

I like to bake at times but sometimes feel like it ay to complicated or too much time.  Rather store bought

Overall, I would say I prefer homemade, because you can make so many variations of cookies, cakes, pies, etc.  They are also much healthier for you, and  you can change the recipe around to suit the tastes of others, such as my vegan daughters, or experiment with whole wheat flour instead of white flour.

it can be very time consuming on the desserts, but if you wanna make them your own way, then homemade is absolutely awesome!!

I can't cook homemade goods unless I look up recipes. Store bought goodies are sometimes good depending on the item.

I do prefer homemade versus store bought desserts, but I don't have the time to be shopping and baking like I used to, so I have to buy goodies at the store. Sometimes I will go to a bake sale and buy sweets that were made from scratch instead of store bought. Maybe in the near future I can get back to doing this.

I like both.  Homemade goodies are always good and usually the very best!  You can't beat recipes handed down by experienced bakers.  But sometimes something goes wrong and it turns out hard or dry.  That's where store bought deserts come in handy.  You can always count on them to be good!!

Definitely home made!  Store bought is well, store bought - you don't know what ingredients went into the cookie/cake/cupcake/pie or whatever; at least when you make it yourself from scratch you know what you're getting.

Oh I prefer homemade but eat store bought stuff unless my sons make something because of my medical situation.  Sometimes I help by sitting at the table and they bring me the ingredients but I can't stand at the counter that long or walk back and forth to the table.  So I just do the best I can and make do.  Homemade is definitely for the most part more delicious.

I like both, I am not a baker but enjoy others homemade desserts, but I have found some equally good in the bakery section of certain stores. I am not a big dessert eater, but when I get the taste for something I can usually find it in a supermarket
like Wegman's bakery which is delicious!

I love to make desserts on my own. There's no better feeling of accomplishment.
